What to do when respondents see a blank screen or error.

First, open the survey URL in a private window — that rules out cache. If it still fails, check the survey is Published in settings. For embedded surveys, confirm the iframe URL matches your domain whitelist. Hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R fixes 90% of cases.
