Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the SurveyMaker.io website (the “Service”) operated by SurveyMaker.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Service.

“Paid Plan” means any subscription plan for which Users pay a fee to access premium features.

By creating an Account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you’re entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

Subscription: We offer various Paid Plans with associated fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Payment: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not receive a refund for the remainder of that period.

7. Termination
By You: You may terminate your Account at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete or deactivate your Account and all related Content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SurveyMaker.io, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Any claims arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SurveyMaker.io and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service.

Your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and SurveyMaker.io regarding the Service.
